Initial Appointment - $150

For an initial appointment at LAMP, the cost will be $150. This will cover all clerical costs, counseling, and physician visit (including any required prescriptions). The initial appointment is usually slightly longer than most other visits due to admission paperwork and the introducory assessment. 

Follow-up appointment - $200

Once you are enrolled in the program, the cost for every appointment after the initial visit is $200. This will cover testing supplies, Prior authorization filing,  clerical costs, counseling, and physician visit. We aim to see patients in a timely manner, the average appointment will usually last 30 minutes. The follow-up appointments will be every 28 days (four weeks).
